Compliances & Certifications
At Globallyours, we believe in thorough compliance of local and international laws while dealing with our internal and external stakeholders. Our external stakeholders include the Governments, our customers, different regulatory bodies etc. While our internal stakeholders include our precious workforce, the support staff etc.
Below are some regulatory certificates and Audit Reports that we hold.
- MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification Scheme: MSME ZED certification is a program from the Indian government that encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt Zero Defect, Zero Effect practices in manufacturing, aiming for higher quality, efficiency, and environmental sustainability. This certification is available in three levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—and helps MSMEs improve their competitiveness, reduce waste, and align with global standards. The program is free to register for, although there are costs associated with the certification and handholding processes.
- SMETA Corrective Action Plan Report (CAPR): A SMETA Corrective Action Plan Report (CAPR) is a document that summarizes the findings of a SMETA ethical audit, outlining non-compliance issues and detailing the corrective and preventative actions the audited site has agreed to take. This report includes specific actions, timelines, and verification methods to address problems like excessive working hours or unsafe conditions and prevent their recurrence. The CAPR is a key component of the SMETA audit process, ensuring accountability and driving improvements in labor standards, health and safety, and other ethical practices in the supply chain.
- ICS Audit Report: An ICS (Initiative for Compliance and Sustainability) audit report is a document that evaluates a factory’s compliance with a common code of conduct and local regulations, focusing on social and environmental performance. It is used by ICS member companies in the textile, retail, footwear, electronics, and furniture sectors to monitor their supply chains. The report details findings on areas like working hours, health and safety, environmental practices, and prohibits practices such as child labor and forced labor.
